Can I take specific courses without getting a Bachelor's or Associate's degree? 

Yes, you can enroll with Manara for non-degree program and just take courses.

How old do you have to be to take Manara classes?

18 years and older can enroll for our degree or non-degree program.  But, for our ASL and Islamic courses for HS are open for ages 14 years and older.

How do I get a Bachelor's degree?

How many credits do I have to take to get a Bachelor's degree?

120 credits.

How do I get an Associate's degree?

60 credits

How much does each course cost? 

Currently, all of our courses are being offered for one affordable flat fee of $300.

Is there any option for Financial Aid?

When and where can I register for classes?

To register for our classes, first you have to be enrolled with us.  Class registration is usually open a month before the beginning of our semester.  Check our website for announcement.  We recommend that you join our Newsletter to learn of our latest announcements. Click here to join.

Is Manara an official college?

Yes. Manara Institute is a licensed educational institute from the state of New Jersey, where it is authorize to award Associate, Bachelor, and Master degrees to students who complete the program requirements.

Is Manara accredited?

Manara Institute is in the process of accreditation. This process take 3-4 years, and it requires to graduate some students with BA before officially accredited. Currently, Manara is not accredited. InshaAllah, we believe we will be fully accredited in about 2 years.

If I enroll and study now (pre-accreditation), will my courses/degrees be accredited once Manara gets accredited?

Yes and fully accredited.
